Overview #

Membership Tiers allow you to segment and reward your most loyal customers with increasing benefits as they progress. By setting clear, motivating point-based targets, you encourage customers to spend more to reach higher levels and unlock exclusive perks.

Popular tier structures include Silver, Gold, and Diamond, each offering escalating value.

Steps to Configure Membership Tiers #

1. Go to:
   Shopify Admin → Apps → Easy Loyalty Rewards
   Click Membership Tiers in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on “Manage Tiers”
3. Add/Edit Tiers:
   • Click “Add Tier” or edit an existing one (e.g., Silver, Gold, Diamond)
   • Assign a Points Target
     (e.g., 100 for Silver, 500 for Gold, 1000 for Diamond)
     • This is the threshold customers must meet to enter or maintain the tier
4. Set Tier Status:
   • Make sure the Status is set to Active
   • You can deactivate tiers temporarily if needed
     
5. Click “Save” to finalize your tier structure

Tip: Set clear, achievable goals to keep customers motivated. Offer increasing value at each level to maximize retention.
